LODYT project

Summary

In the LODYT project, a new communication technology for road transport, is being developed. An intelligent control unit that not only facilitates communication between trucks and trailers but also enables vehicles to interact with other road users, infrastructure, and networks. This V2X communication stands for “Vehicle-to-Everything” communication. Trailers, which have traditionally been passive components of the vehicle, can now be equipped with intelligence. The project focuses not only on the technical implementation but also on ensuring effective information access for both drivers and fleet managers.

For the LODYT project, Econogy is a key partner due to its expertise and experience in designing and constructing e-trailers.
